Holiday Inn Mishawaka by IHG

Brooke made my stay at Holiday Inn so much easier. She was kind, attentive, and went out of her way to work with my situation, so everything felt stress-free. The whole team put real care into making me comfortable, and I noticed the extra effort. I'm grateful to Brooke and everyone there, and I'll remember how much she helped. Thanks, Brooke!

That lobby coffee was great, and the place was a nice spot to stay in the area. The staff were incredible and really understanding when a sudden blizzard came through with whiteout conditions and gusting winds. Our room was clean. There was only one elevator at the time, and it was very slow. I was also a bit bummed that we'd paid for six breakfasts while about half the other people just walked in.

For two weeks, the friendly staff were quick to respond whenever I needed something. The hotel also decorated and put out good snacks for Notre Dame's big Army game. The office chairs were uncomfortable and low quality, though even after I asked for a better one. They did what they could to keep the place clean, but the carpets probably need replacing soon. I didn't use the pool, gym, or food service.

Donna at the front desk was professional and exceptional, thank you. The room itself was clean, and the bathroom was too. Even the towels were absorbent and didn't have that squeaky feel, if you know what I mean. I was on the first floor, and the ceilings were high enough that I almost wished I'd brought my trampoline. It wouldn't have bothered anyone. What kind of person do you think I am?
