Broadway Inn Conference Center Missoula

We’d booked a week, but when we arrived nobody was there to help us check in. We waited several minutes and kept calling, but no one came. I left a voicemail saying we were going to another motel, and nobody called back to apologize. When I called again a few minutes ago, the man said he couldn’t talk to the owner because she wouldn’t care. He wouldn’t give her my number or tell me his name when I asked, and eventually hung up on me. Never, never, never stay here.

The attitude was what really put me off. I was trying to help a family in need, and they wouldn’t help at all. I understand businesses have rules to follow, but the response felt like, “too bad for you.” The last time I tried to help there, we also had to deal with bed bugs. I was terribly unimpressed with Browinies, and if I can help it, I won’t send any business their way.

The owner and his wife were very polite, and the room was clean, quiet, and had fast internet. Good price, too. Best place to stay in town!

The people who work there are good, awesome folks, and it was a good stay. I’d recommend it for one night, but the rate for two weeks is outrageous, 550 plus the 75 deposit. Maybe I’m just cheap about a two-week rate, lol.
