The rooms are clean and really nice, and this is a very nice hotel. What made our stay even better was Sandra, the second shift manager. Her customer service is out of this world. I've never rented a room anywhere and been treated with this much respect. A few hours after we checked in, she called the room to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Thanks a lot, Sandra.

I was visiting family from Boise when car trouble hit on the return trip, so I needed somewhere affordable that felt clean and safe. Sandra at the front desk made me feel welcome right away, almost like an old friend. I was surprised by how fresh and clean the rooms were, without the stains or worn furniture I'd expect in a cheaper hotel. I'd absolutely stay again next time I'm in town 🤘

There was plenty of space in the room, with an office desk, hair dryer, fresh towels, TV, medium-sized fridge, microwave, a bench for taking off shoes, and somewhere to hang a coat or jacket. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash dispensers, plus liquid hand soap at the sink and tissues. Sharon was nice at check-in and afterward. I stayed seven days, and Jay was helpful at times too, if I remember his name right.
