I left room 115 at 11:25 pm on March 1st, after only five hours at the hotel, and handed my key card to the front desk clerk. I had paid for a king suite but was in a single queen room, though that's not my main issue. At 11:15 pm, I went to use the microwave and found ashes and Marijuana on it and beside it. I started cleaning up, but my girlfriend refused to stay in a room that hadn't been properly cleaned. After I explained what happened, the clerk agreed with my decision to leave. I planned to stay here every Sunday for the next four months. I'd like a refund or a free stay in a clean king suite, as paid for. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I stayed three days, and there wasn't breakfast any of those mornings. The young man saw us sitting in the dining room and did bring cereal with milk, but he didn't put out any more food.

The beds were comfortable and the place was fairly clean. There was road noise, and the shower dial was broken and didn't work right. Someone also walked into my room at night.

Great value for a budget hotel. The beds were SO comfy, and the whole building was and smelled clean. Updated sink fixtures, a better shower head and pressure, and Dove soaps made it feel more elevated. I also appreciated the flowers out front :)

Our TV had no sound, and two employees tried to fix it, even bringing the “master remote,” but nothing worked. We paid full price for a room that was supposed to include a working TV, and it mattered to us because we had a kid with us. I was promised 2000 points for the trouble, but never got them. I called three times over the following weeks and was treated rudely by a supposed manager on the last call. She said she didn't care what we'd been promised, we weren't getting any points, and, “isn't a big deal, and I'm not going to let it ruin my day, I'm not giving you anything”. We didn't have a pleasant stay or even a pleasant conversation afterward. The AC filter was really nasty, and I had to clean it myself because I didn't want to get sick. I wish I'd taken a picture. We travel quite a bit and had just joined the IHG rewards program. With a kid along, having a working TV would've been ideal, especially since it was part of what we'd paid for but couldn't use. Our family and friends could have brought them a lot of future business, but we won't stay here again or at any other IHG affiliated hotel. I'd recommend people stay away from this rude, inconsiderate place. Customer satisfaction and following through on what they promised seemed irrelevant to the supposed manager. We were very disappointed by the attitude that customers exist to serve the business instead of the other way around.
