Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Missoula by IHG

The beds were rock hard, and the sheets made a crinkling sound every time anyone moved. It was a miserable night. Our second-floor room also filled with kids shrieking from the pool until 10 p.m. My dad counted about 12 children there without supervision and asked staff to address it. He was told, “that's just how it is,” and the kids were allowed to stay even longer than she had first said. This was the worst hotel of our cross-country trip, and maybe my worst Holiday Inn stay in years. Check-in was fine and the rooms seemed clean, but the phone in our room didn't work when I tried calling the desk to ask for earplugs.

The staff made this stay for me. The woman who checked us in was so friendly, the food service team made sure the food was good, and Stephanie and the front desk person helped with my request. The rooms and facilities were clean, the food was great, and everyone was especially kind.

The breakfast had a lot of good choices, and the person who checked us in was kind. The room was comfortable, clean, and up to date, while the lobby, halls, building, and available parking were all easy to access and well kept. I stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels often, and this one is definitely in my top three. Thanks for taking pride in the work.

Great spot for the airport, and the staff were super. My room was quiet, clean, and well equipped with what I needed.
