The room was comfortable and the hotel was very pet friendly, with no extra charge. Since the pool and hot tub were under maintenance, the clerk let me know before I paid and explained that guests could use the facilities at the Courtyard next door. When I had trouble reaching their front desk by phone, one of the staff walked me over personally. The evening meal included spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, dessert, and free drinks. Breakfast was top notch too, with lots of fresh fruit, ham and eggs, breads and pastries, waffles with all the fixings, and options to suit different tastes. The cook staff really went out of their way. The coffee was delicious, which is a rare treat at a hotel. I really appreciated the service and amenities. Thanks to the staff and management for a great night’s stay!

The rooms are nice and the location is great, but the staff are the real reason I’m writing. They couldn’t be kinder or sweeter, and they welcome and accommodate everyone like family. After my surgery today, I came back to flowers, treats, and a get-well-soon card in my room. I’d recommend this hotel for everything it offers, especially the staff. And a special shout-out for the delicious corn chowder!

I’m picky about cleanliness, and Staybridge Suites Missoula was so clean. The beds were my favorite, with soft sheets and a really comfortable mattress. I also loved the food, especially the incredible breakfasts and dinners. The staff were very helpful, and Caden, the manager, went out of his way to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

One of us got sick, so we needed to stay longer. The breakfast staff brought us trays, and housekeeping made sure we had clean towels every day. Meredith on nights and Alyssa on days worked their magic so we didn’t have to switch rooms. Very pleased.

For the price, I was really impressed. The place isn’t the ritz carlton, but it’s clean, nice, and spacious, with a decent breakfast, a comfy bed, and friendly staff.
