Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sugar Land SE - Missouri City by IHG

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and handled our requests right away. My husband and I spent a weekend of RR here and slept restfully each night in the soft, cozy beds. The room was very affordable, > $150 p/night. The clean, inviting lobby had computer stations, t.v.'s, and coffee. Complimentary breakfast was probably my favorite part: there was a range of hot and cold food, including fresh biscuits n gravy, turkey sausage, eggs, and juice. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The guy working kept looking for duct tape even after he couldn't find any at first and I said I'd buy some. Five minutes later, he'd found some for me to use. My checked luggage had been destroyed on my flight into Houston, and the extra effort really showed how much he cared about my situation. I've worked in customer service my whole life, and the treatment here met the standard I try to uphold in my own work. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff and management were great. Holiday Inns can be hit or miss, but this one was a hit. Five stars, my friend. Thanks, guys, my luggage thanks you too!

My wife and I stayed from November 20 to December 8, 2025, and recommend the hotel without hesitation. It's right on Highway 6 and close to shopping. Our room and bathroom were spacious and very clean, with a large bed and a kitchenette that had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Breakfast had plenty of hot food, and complimentary tea and coffee were available all day. Arman, Kelly, Patti, Rehan, Gil at the front desk, and the rest of the staff were helpful and friendly. I think good management from General Manager Mayra Diaz makes all this possible.

I've never stayed in a cleaner room. Patty at the front desk was really nice and helped me with a late checkout. The breakfast man was a little weird, but that's beside the point. I'd definitely come back.
