The location was great, close to everything, and the shaded porch by the creek was nice. It also wasn’t overpriced. There were some frustrating problems. One bed had no sheets. They brought some, but only after we’d gone to bed. The house manual said laundry detergent was provided, but there wasn’t any. Since we were doing active stuff, we wanted to wash clothes. Management couldn’t say when anyone would bring detergent, so told us to buy our own. Some closet shelves had partly collapsed when we arrived, and the rest fell when we set a pillow on them. The water pump was loud enough that anyone getting a glass of water or showering at night would wake everyone else.

Juanita's Place was beautiful and modern, with a large kitchen that worked for our group. They also let us bring our pets. The house is right in town, just half a block from Main Street. We stayed for a long spring weekend. It wasn’t the cheapest place in Moab, but after seeing some of the hotels we’d considered in person, I was glad we paid a little more. I fully expect this to be our regular place when we visit Moab, probably at least once a year.

The Cowabungalow unit was small, but just right for a couple. It’s in the heart of Moab, with a kitchenette but no cooktop. The bathtub was fantastic.

Our bungalow was tiny, so it felt cramped, but it was cute and had plenty of character. The location was great.
