Andrea did a great job with our room. It was excellent and very clean, and I really appreciated how fresh it felt when I walked in. I've worked as a housekeeper for over 30 years, including supervising and inspecting rooms, so I know the work. Great job, Andrea. Check-in was easy, too, and the man who helped us was polite and helpful.

The facilities were well maintained, and the stay was clean and pleasant. I had a reservation problem caused by the booking agent, but the hotel went above and beyond to help sort it out. The agent couldn't fix it, but the hotel really came through on customer service. I'd recommend this location. ★★★★★

The bathroom could have been cleaner because there was still hair in the tub. Jon was great, though. He patiently and kindly helped get our reservation straightened out.

The room was musty, and the wall air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night, so it got very warm. The shower had stains and its spout was loose, and the baseboards and door were gross, with what looked like makeup or poop on them. The toilet lid also had a piece broken off. It should be replaced. The location was good, and I asked for a first-floor room near the entrance. I think they tried to accommodate that after I explained one family member was elderly. I didn't specifically ask for a handicap room. We chose Super 8 to save $80, but I won't do that again. Pay the extra money, you get what you pay for.

The room was clean, the hallway was brightly lit, and we felt safe. Staff were very friendly and quickly helped with our key card problem. There's a breakfast area with coffee available 24/7, though we would have liked eggs, even just a simple boiled egg for protein. An excellent place to stay!
