Friendly service, clean rooms, and comfortable beds.

I read the reviews before booking, and they turned out to be right. I chose it anyway because it was the cheapest, but I didn’t enjoy my stay. The room was dusty and dirty, there was barely any shower pressure or hot water, and I had only one towel, a washcloth. There weren’t any toilet hooks, so the toilet paper just sat on the sink. A roach started walking toward my drink as soon as I set my cup on the nightstand. My rate was $52.99. I’d gladly pay another $4 or $5 to stay at Motel 6. This place is way overpriced for the state of the room, and I won’t book here again.

The manager and his wife were friendly enough, but I was appalled by the room. The AC didn’t work, the beds had bugs, there were no mattress covers or blankets, and all we got were two bath towels, no washcloths or hand towels. Everything seemed to need repair. Most of all, I didn’t feel safe. I saw the owner’s quarters had a separate door that slid in front of his unit with a big lock, plus bars on the windows. That told me something about the place. I’m lying awake, terrified someone will break in, and just waiting for daybreak so we can get back on the road. If zero stars were an option, I’d choose it.
