Dinner at January was a highlight. Try the salad, it was the best lettuce I’ve ever tasted, and you can even buy it there. Everything felt fresh and carefully prepared. We also loved the peaceful spa, where Emily gave me one of the best facials I’ve had, and the sound bath was a calming, unusual experience. Garrett started a fire for us, brought blankets, and was so charming and friendly. From guest services and the waitstaff to the groundskeeper, everyone we met was warm and welcoming. We stayed two nights and loved every minute. They upgraded our room and treated us like royalty, with thoughtful touches throughout. The whole experience went beyond what we expected, and we can’t wait to come back.

We didn’t stay overnight, just came for the spa, and had a fantastic time. We spent about six hours there, with massages, a sound bath, the mineral pool, sauna, and steam rooms. The service was excellent, and it’s a great place if you want to relax. We also had a great meal at Sojourner, just remember to reserve. Highly recommend.

Steve Bryan, the Head of Security, made a lasting impression with his professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and cared for. Even on a short visit, the customer service stood out at every level. Southall Farm & Inn is beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. I’d gladly visit again and recommend Southall for a warm, refined experience.

The staff made me feel special for my birthday, with a handwritten card and a complimentary dessert. I’m local to Franklin and can’t wait to return. My 60-minute relaxation massage with Michelle was the best I’ve ever had. She was phenomenal and accommodating the whole time. The facilities were gorgeous, from the journaling areas to the warm mineral pool with its lovely view and the Himalayan salt sauna. Lunch at Sojourner was delicious too, a 10/10. Such a luxurious experience.
