Best Western Mt. Pleasant Inn

I was there two weeks for work, and it was a horrible experience. They never cleaned my room once. I kept putting out the service room sign, then they took it away so I couldn't put it back. Room 209 had mold all over the bathroom wall. I had to go to the front desk every night for clean towels because they wouldn't service the room. I told the front desk three times and nothing changed. Breakfast was a joke too. I'll tell my company not to book this motel again.

It's quiet, with plenty of parking, and close to stores and food. The staff were nice, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Right next to i30.

We had a quiet stay in a suite with a separate living area, which let me rest while my traveling partner stayed up watching TV. The beds were very comfortable, with just the right mix of softness and support, and everything was very clean. We'd definitely come back.

Luckily, the bed was comfortable, but I was unsettled by being a woman traveling alone at a hotel out in the middle of nowhere, where other guests sat outside in chairs. There were only two Jacuzzi suites and just one was booked, yet I was put in the one with an old AC I couldn't figure out how to turn on and a phone with a super sticky cord that didn't work. I'd have expected the nicer room with the updated AC and working phone. The surprise in that room, though, was that the Jacuzzi tub didn't work. Also, don't expect a fridge, there isn't one.
