Baymont by Wyndham Mobile/ I-65

I’d been staying here off and on for six months, but last night was the last straw. I’m done giving them my money. The staff treat paying guests very poorly, and even one towel for two people may be all you get. Asking for another doesn’t help. The floor was filthy, there was no microwave, and the fridge was barely cool. No vending or ice, and no stores nearby. They advertise breakfast, but it doesn’t exist. Maybe it would be halfway okay if the staff were nicer, but no. Don’t waste your time or money here.

We’d checked in ahead of time, but the process still took ages. The first room hadn’t been cleaned and smelled strongly of smoke. They did move us to another one, which was cleaner, though we found a soda can on the floor. We were only there for one night, and I wouldn’t stay again.

I slept well and they left me alone during my three-day stay, so I’m not complaining. The beds were nice, but there’s only a fridge, no microwave or oven. Breakfast, unless you’re the first person there, forget it. That’s the truth.

Raseme and David deserve the credit here. They were warm, helpful, and kept smiling while holding things together. Their customer service was doing some serious work to cover for management’s creative budgeting. The hotel itself is another story: quite a few things that should be included are missing, and the amenities feel more like suggestions. With more staff like them and fewer missing essentials, the price might make sense. For now, your stay feels like a charitable donation to Raseme and David’s patience.
