The staff made our stay even nicer when they chose not to charge us for the ink stains on the sheets and mattress cover. Our son has an illness that can leave him listless and inattentive, and he accidentally got ink everywhere after going to bed with an open pen. We showed the damage to the night clerk, who checked with the manager and let it go. We were really grateful, especially since this was a personal trip rather than one of our usual work trips. We stayed three nights during a conference in July 2013, and the rate was very good. The room was roomy and laid out well, with a sitting area, desk, refrigerator, and microwave. Breakfast was a full one, too. We’re glad we picked this Comfort Inn.

Everything else was satisfactory, but the mattress seemed so old it tried to roll me into the middle. We were on a road trip and couldn’t sleep after a long day of driving. With the air conditioning or heater off, every sound outside came through: car doors, people talking most of the night, and the odd rowdy drunk group.

It’s Jameson Inn now, not Comfort Inn. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the staff were helpful. I’d stay here again.

The room was uncomfortable, the AC didn’t work, and there were way too many roaches. Too many problems to even list.
