Comfort Suites Mobile

The room reeked of cigarette smoke as soon as we walked in, and the smell was on the bed, pillows, and pretty much everything. We were traveling with our two kids, so it was especially disappointing. The carpet was badly stained, there was pubic hair on the toilet, and the pillows looked balled up, probably to hide yellow stains. It felt really unsanitary. If you’re traveling with family and want a clean, smoke-free room, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. It honestly felt like it shouldn’t be operating.

The pillows were rock hard, the towels had grease on them, and the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke as soon as you opened the door. Carpets were dirty throughout, including stains upstairs and on the stairs. The breakfast area was a mess, with food everywhere, and nothing was warm or hot. At check-in, the front desk seemed to have no idea what was going on.

Brittany at the front desk was really nice and helpful. The bed was super comfortable, and the guest laundry was in good order. I had an early flight, so I didn’t get to try breakfast. My stay at Comfort Suites was very nice. Thanks, Brittany, for all the help.

Getting my points sorted out has been a problem every time I’ve stayed here, three times now. I’ve asked the front desk about it on all three visits and they don’t seem to care. The second time, at least they acted like they might care a little. I’m used to much better service, but my company has started going cheap and booking us here. This wouldn’t be my first choice, or even my fourth, but no point crying over spilled milk. Arizona went out of its way to make sure I got my points, and that was my last time there. This place just doesn’t care. Maybe next time I’ll book my own hotel. I’m diamond at two other hotels that are much better: nicer-smelling rooms, better upkeep, and safer.
