Fairfield Inn & Suites San Antonio Brooks City Base

The staff were courteous, but the thermostat was hard to use. The water was soft, and breakfast was sparse. There were fingerprints all over the room, including on the window, door knobs, and bedside desk. Housekeeping could do better.

The hotel and staff were fantastic, but the bed in our king suite was awful. The frame needs to be reworked, and one end of the bed sat higher than the other, so I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. I mentioned it to the manager before we left the next day, but never got an email asking me to leave a review.

Ramon was very helpful when he checked us in. My child, who has special needs, was having a rough moment, and Ramon got us into our room quickly, was extremely accommodating, and even gave my son some snacks. The hotel is good value too.

Ashley and frida were really kind to me and helped me a lot. Breakfast was good every time we had it. Housekeeping missed cleaning my room once until I asked, but frida, the frontdesk agent, made sure I got service. My costumers were told lunch was available, but when we checked again with the night shift, they said it was breakfast only. Thanks so much, I’ll come back next time.
