Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk

It's convenient to the San Antonio Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, directly across the street, and both buildings sit along the same branch of the Riverwalk, with access just outside the hotel's rear entrance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a fairly busy bar in the evening and a couple of restaurants near the lobby. My room was very clean and nicely furnished, with a comfortable bed and nice sheets, pillows, and comforter. It had a small dorm-sized fridge, but no microwave or hair dryer. The elevators need your room card. It took me a couple of tries to get the hang of them, but after that they were easy, and the system adds security. I'll stay here when I visit San Antonio again.

The Elite Lounge staff made my visit feel especially welcoming. Martin and Johnny were consistently kind, attentive, and gracious, and their professionalism reflects really well on Marriott's customer service. My room was peaceful, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel's atmosphere felt warm. The Marriott Riverwalk is right by the Riverwalk, so it was easy to get to nearby shops, restaurants, and historic spots. I had a wonderful visit and would gladly come back to San Antonio.

The staff here were courteous, professional, and accommodating, and made our first hotel stay with our seven-month-old feel easy. We came while my husband was in town for business, and everyone treated us with so much kindness. From the front desk, housekeeping, concierge, and bellhop to the servers at Cafe Carino and Cactus Flower, people went out of their way to help us. Work brought us here, but the hospitality is what makes us want to return.

Yazi, Isabel, Addey, and Adele made the trip memorable for us. The staff were amazing, always going above and beyond, and they treated my two daughters incredibly well. The team even gave them Christmas gifts. Our room was clean and the location worked perfectly. We couldn't have asked for more. We'd happily come back and definitely recommend it.
