The manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I've never felt so mistreated by a staff member, especially one who's supposed to set an example. The rooms are really outdated and dirty, with bugs everywhere. The pool is supposedly “clean,” but it's actually dark, dirty green, which says a lot about the motel's upkeep. Save your money and go somewhere else.
We booked this hotel in July, then flew into SA and went to check in. The woman tried to get more money out of us and told us to call Expedia, even though we hadn't used Expedia. Please don't book here or make a reservation.
They wouldn't take an in-person reservation, and the front desk woman just rolled her eyes. They asked for different deposit amounts, and said no manager was there, though someone mysteriously showed up a few minutes later. If they don't know how to run a business or don't like doing it, they should do something else. I wish I could give zero stars.
For what I paid, I can't complain. The room's dated and could use a facelift, but I had no problems, and there were no bugs. That made me very happy.
Nothing special, but it was clean and gave me somewhere to rest while passing through town. No breakfast, and I didn't spot an ice dispenser.
