The woman at the morning front desk was slamming things and giving attitude at 6:40 a.m. Checkout was a whole different story, and from what I can tell, the reviews about her were right. Earlier, the room smelled of smoke, the tub and towels looked dirty, the TV didn't work, and we had to ask for toilet paper that should've already been there. The lady with braids was the one good part. She was so kind and helpful I almost overlooked everything else. Get a different hotel!

I wasn't happy with the stay. The TV, fridge and AC didn't work at first. After I complained the next day, another woman gave me something to plug into the TV and got it working, but nobody did anything about the fridge or AC. When I checked in around 7pm, I had to use the ATM for $60 to cover a $50 fee. The woman had no change, so I gave her the $60 and never got any back. I don't know whether it was refundable. I'm looking for a place to rent, so I was staying in hotels until I find somewhere. I've checked out and am now at the motel 6 down the street from the oyo.

I've been here a little over a month, and it's been an amazing stay. The rooms are really clean, and the front desk staff are kind and caring. I'll come back after this visit. Keep up the good work oyo!!

The new management has very clean rooms and staff who pay close attention to what you need and can fix problems. The deposit and the rate are the cheapest around. It's a great location right alongside several shopping centers, and the place is quiet and comfortable.

The staff were rude and had an attitude, and the room was dirty. The water didn't work, the towels and rags were dirty, there was no tissue in the bathroom, and the air conditioner didn't work either. I asked for my money back, but they didn't return it all. They said they refunded me, then kept some because they didn't have change.
