The shower had yellow buildup creeping up the walls, so we kept our slippers on while using it. The room smelled damp, and the bathroom had a sewage odor when the shower was running. They claimed it had been cleaned that morning, but the dirtiness made that hard to believe. There was hair on both beds, gum stuck to the nightstand, a cigarette burn in the bedding, and yellow splashes on the door. After wiping up spilled water with the hand towel, it looked disgusting. The website promised clean, comfortable rooms, which was nothing like what we found. When I asked for a refund, the staff member refused. Expedia eventually got one of my unused nights refunded. Then he demanded the key card and yanked it from my hand. The staff were rude and unprofessional. I’d never recommend staying here.

He was willing to book a room when I called, but as soon as I mentioned my two small dogs, he claimed nothing was available. I said I didn’t care whether he had a reservation, and he still repeated that there was no availability. It felt like he was lying to me.

Customer service was basically nonexistent, and the sheets they call linens were full of holes and looked unwashed. They claim the place is smoke-free, but you can smell that they’re pushing it as soon as you walk in. And watch out for the tarantulas and giant cockroaches.

The room was stinky, and the sofa was dirty. The floor drain was clogged too. On top of that, you can hear people talking in other rooms through the paper-thin walls, and the inn sits very close to the railway. Check-in was just as unpleasant: the staff member only gave me my room number and said nothing else. If saving money is the goal, sleeping in your car would be a better choice. Stay away.

This is a very low-budget place, and the photos give a misleading impression. The comforter had cigarette burns, and there were holes in the wall with electrical wiring exposed.
