Country Inn and Suites Brockton

The hotel is in a good spot and the rooms were clean, but check-in and customer service need work. I was charged twice for one night, with $461 overcharged between the room and incidental hold. I understand a security deposit, but the front desk staff never told me how much the hold would be or explained breakfast and pool hours. The breakfast attendant and housekeepers were rude, too. And please get all the clumps of hair out of the jacuzzi.

I’m here now with my daughter, and they’ve accused me of smoking in the room. I don’t smoke! I complained that the pool was too cold, and now I feel like I’m being targeted. There have been nothing but bad reviews, and I stayed anyway.

The hot tub was nice, and the woman at the front desk was really sweet and looked after us. The pool was supposed to be heated, but it was freezing. My wife and I couldn’t get in.

I was exhausted and short on sleep when we arrived much earlier than check-in time. The woman at the desk said she’d contact me as soon as a room opened up, and she followed through. We got to check in early. The room was huge, lovely, and very clean. I had a great stay and definitely recommend the hotel.
