The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the location was convenient. The amenities were top-notch, and my room was spotless and well maintained. The staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond. Everything showed care and professionalism. A perfect stay from start to finish, 10/10, and I'll definitely return.

I love it here and I'm still staying here to this day. It's affordable while I'm between situations, and the location is convenient, near everything. The place is super clean, and housekeeping is amazing. The front desk staff are really nice, especially Lanee and Bianca, who look out for me and make sure I have what I need.

The staff were kind and professional, and they explained the policies. Housekeeping came every 14 days, though I could exchange the linens if I wanted. If anything came up, they fixed it quickly.

The staff looked out for me, but I didn’t feel safe at this location. There were suspicious goings-on in the parking lot and what looked like drug dealing nearby. Some people seemed to be staying in several rooms, with doors left open so they could come and go unnoticed. Even basic things like luggage carts and laundry detergent were being taken. The property needs security, and the location wasn’t good. My first room smelled terribly damp, had gnats and a roach or two, and was dark and in need of more lighting. The carpet was wet. They said it was condensation from the AC, but the smell got worse. They moved us to another room, and that one had fleas. Marijuana and other drug smells were suffocating, even though all the rooms were supposed to be non-smoking. Some rooms also need an upgrade, and the laundry facilities were inadequate. None of the washing machines worked.
