The shopping plaza right next door is really convenient, and the area is nice. I’ve been happy staying here. Ms. Brenda, Ms. Christina, and Ms. Francis are all so sweet and happy whenever I see them, and they go above and beyond to make sure guests are satisfied.

We had a reservation and arrived at 2:20, tired, with no line or other guests waiting. The first receptionist said check-in wasn’t until 3 because the room needed to be checked, and told us to come back in 40 minutes. When we got into that room, I saw at least seven roaches on the floor in the short time I was there. It smelled of smoke and something else, so I went back to the desk and got another room. That one smelled the same. It had no toilet paper, peeling cabinets, and just one rolling computer chair at the table. I was uneasy about using the microwave because of the metal around its edges, and ended up leaving early. This place could really use insect treatment. They advertise complimentary breakfast, which felt deceptive. They didn’t even have coffee. The front desk lady kept calling it “Basic. Very Basic.” She wasn’t kidding.

I’ve been here several months and have seen things improve. Ms Brenda makes sure her staff are trained properly and treat customers appropriately. If something comes up, she takes care of it, listens, and is fair and willing to work with you. Ms Brenda and her team are great. The previous management and some staff could be rude, clueless, or just not care, and I don’t see that now. I like staying here. The fees are decent, and the hotel is centrally located near a lot of different places.

The staff are all friendly and kind, and they care about you like family. Thanks, ladies, for all the help and encouragement. I also appreciate having a clean room with everything I need, including a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The shower pressure is great too, so it feels like being in my own apartment.
