Check-in is always quick, and the rooms have been nicely updated. The showers are awesome. The mattress could be better, but it was alright and I got six hours of sleep. When I’m passing through, this will be the only hotel I stay at.

The kitchenette was clean and fully functional, and the bathroom had plenty of room. Everything at the hotel was very clean, with friendly, attentive staff who were ready to help. It was quiet, relaxing, and comfortable, and the beds and pillows were great. I’ll definitely come back.

The customer service was some of the best I’ve had at any business. Every staff member was so helpful, even when my bank caused problems two weeks later. The place could use some updates and wasn’t immaculate, but it was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and it worked perfectly for my blue-collar husband, our two kids, and me. Best of all, they don’t have bed bugs like the BWP across the street!

The room had a smell and stains on the wall, and my husband said there wasn’t any breakfast. When he needed to adjust the room, one front desk person said it would be fine. The next day, someone else at the desk wouldn’t help him check out or give a refund. I won’t use them again.
