The breakfast was easy and convenient, with a clean area and everything stocked. The location also worked well, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access around town. What really impressed me, though, was the housekeeping. I used to manage housekeeping departments, so I notice cleanliness, and all three rooms were among the cleanest I’ve seen. Even the jetted tubs were properly cleaned. In the ADA room, I moved furniture to make things more accessible for my uncle, and the spots behind and under it were spotless too. That extra care says a lot about the team’s pride in their work. Check-in went smoothly, and the front desk staff answered my questions about ADA room options and showed me alternatives for a future stay. Check-out was quick and pleasant, and the gentleman at the desk made it easy. Service was timely and professional throughout. I’d come back based on the cleanliness alone. I was blown away.

The hot tub suite was really nice and reasonably priced, and the pool even has a basketball hoop, which is a fun touch. The hotel was clean throughout, breakfast was solid, and the employees were nice. The lobby looked good too. Great value for the money, and I’d come back.

A good affordable stay in a handy location, with free parking. The room was clean, though the bathroom looked a little worn. Staff were friendly and attentive.

The rooms weren’t great, and the staff seemed miserable, with no smiles or friendliness. My room had old coffee spilled on the wall, a broken bathroom door handle, and no hairdryer. The sharp screws sticking out of the wall where it should have been were a safety hazard. It’s a small hotel, so I don’t understand why management isn’t checking the rooms. The place is falling apart and needs a lot of work. The fire alarm is what made me lose sleep, though. On my first stay, it went off at 2 AM and again at 3 AM, and not one staff member came out to explain what was happening. We gave the hotel another chance this past Saturday, and the alarm sounded again less than 15 minutes after we arrived, in the middle of the day. I was amazed it didn’t go off again at 2 AM while we were asleep. The first stay left me so shaken that I was already worried about sleeping. This hotel has given me trauma.

The room itself was clean, modern, and well maintained. The way management handled my rate was unacceptable. I had a confirmed reservation email from Wyndham and a checkout receipt from the property, yet I was still pressed for extra money over a discount of about $20. The GM threatened me, followed me next door into a restaurant across the street, and demanded payment, claiming the discount wasn’t valid. I’m a career travel professional and a Wyndham Diamond member for several years. If there was a concern, it should have gone through the corporate reservation department. Harassing a guest who had finished the stay and settled the bill with a receipt in hand was completely unprofessional.
