I've stayed here twice, and there was no hot water on either visit. After a long day, a cold shower is the worst. The location is great and the customer service was good, so I'd stay again, but I'll check that the water is hot first.

Our room key didn't work, but management got us a replacement without any fuss. They were really nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, though a little pricey. I'd stay again if I had to.

This budget hotel works for my work trips, and the staff are professional and honest. I once left my wallet behind and came back a couple of hours later. The room had been made up, but my wallet was still exactly where I'd left it. The rooms are clean. Just be aware that the cleaner smell is strong, which may bother you. I'll keep staying as long as I need to.
