Baymont by Wyndham Monroe Ohio

The bathroom floor was covered with urine around the toilet, and there were pubic hairs everywhere. The counters were dirty and sticky, the floors needed vacuuming, and I stepped on a staple right next to the bed. I wore socks all night because who knows what else was on the floor. The bathroom fan was extremely loud. The heater, at least, worked well and was quiet. The front desk clerk was friendly, but Google showed $80 a night and she corrected me that it was $120. I’d asked for a room near an exit because of mobility issues, yet got a dirty room at the far end of the second floor, farthest from the elevator. I’ll never stay here again.

The staff were kind, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was included. I liked the shampoo and conditioner, and the Roku TV was a nice touch. It’s right off the highway and quite close to a major amusement park. No mischief either. Great place, and we’ll be back next year!

The room was clean, and I felt very safe. Breakfast included waffles, pancakes, cheese omelets, sausage patties, cereal, yogurt, muffins, danishes, juice, coffee, and hot chocolate packets. We didn’t eat until 8:45, just 15 minutes before breakfast ended, but the staff made sure there were more omelets and sausage patties for us. They were incredibly helpful and friendly when we checked in and in the morning. Great place to stay!

Surprise, this is a really nice hotel! The staff are awesome, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was hot and honestly much better than I expected. Definitely stop here if you need a place to stay!
