The room Wi-Fi was only okay at 13.3 Mbps down and 5.69 up, though it handled a video call. In the breakfast area it was much faster, at 87.8 down and 145 up. Breakfast was pretty standard for a Best Western, with sausage, biscuits, scrambled eggs and waffles, all hot and tasty. I was there overnight for work and slept well: the place was quiet, the queen bed was comfortable, and the AC worked without much noise. The room looked recently renovated, with a modern feel, lots of lights and outlets, a big TV, and everything was spotless. Staff were friendly and efficient. I didn't get to try the nice-looking outdoor pool, but I'd stay again.

Only stayed one night while passing through. Check-in was simple, and the desk staff were friendly and professional. The room and bathroom were clean, with no odd smells.

The last roach we saw was right by the nightstand, just inches from my pillow. We spotted one within three minutes of getting into the room, but after seven hours on the road it was 6 a.m. and we just needed to get my three kids under four and my seven-year-old to bed. Later we kept seeing them, so I called the front desk and had to move everyone into another room. The clerk kept saying they inspect rooms every day. We saw another roach before we had even been there a full 24 hours. At checkout, management said the room had been inspected and, “of course nothing was found.” They mentioned there were crumbs on the floor, apparently as if that explained things. We'd been there less than a day with children aged seven, three, one, and six months. A few crumbs are realistic, especially when parents aren't bringing a vacuum to a hotel. We're very clean people, and those crumbs came from rushing to move to the replacement room. The first roach appeared almost immediately after check-in, and I don't believe they can be unaware of the problem. They waived my $35 early check-in fee, but the manager made it sound like she shouldn't have to since we got a different room. She said she'd do it because I had to get all the kids up and move them.

The upstairs AC unit vibrated so badly that it seemed to shake the walls, and it was loud enough to keep me from sleeping well. The heating and cooling system is clearly old, and this wasn't ordinary noise. If you hear a loud sound from the AC in the room above, ask to move to a quieter room.
