Nihad at the front desk went out of his way to make my work trip go smoothly. He quickly corrected a reservation mistake that was my job's fault, and helped my spouse arrange a surprise delivery of flowers to the front desk. He kept the huge bouquet safe until I got back from work, then even helped me carry it upstairs. He's so friendly and provided excellent service. Breakfast was perfect every morning, too.

The stay was comfortable and relaxing, and I really enjoyed my time here. Big thanks to Nihad and the rest of the staff for the warm hospitality. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and ready to help, and everything felt well cared for. I'd definitely return and recommend the hotel to others.

We were a large group traveling together and arrived late, then asked if we could have extra time before checkout to shower before getting back on the road. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was a great experience for our team.

This was my first stay at a Hampton Inn, for a business trip to the Monroe, NC location, and the experience fell short of what I expected from the brand. The front desk associate, Brian, was dismissive and unwelcoming with me, even though I saw him being warm and polite to other guests checking in. When I asked a simple question, he replied, “What does that have to do with me?” I found that disrespectful and was left disheartened. Every guest deserves the same courtesy and respect. I hope this feedback helps improve service for future guests, and I'd appreciate a follow-up on how this will be addressed.

The walls are paper thin, and some guests had no consideration for others in the halls, day or night. Apart from that, we had a good stay and I'd book here again. The rooms were clean, the staff pleasant, and the location had a nice little vibe. The beds were a bit too firm for me.
