Haven Hotel Monroe

John kept in touch throughout our stay and did a great job making sure we were comfortable. The lobby looked well cared for, and our room was put together and very clean. I felt safe there and slept without any trouble.

My boys and I were homeless at the time, and the staff really looked out for us. John, Galenda, and another woman always helped us get to our rooms safely and made sure nothing funny was going on. As a single mom, that care meant the world to me. They went above and beyond for me and my two kids, and we felt very loved at this hotel. The family rooms were very good, there was free Wi-Fi, and food was convenient, even if we had to walk. There were hot tubs too.

For the price, it was quite decent. The rooms were clean, service was great, and they even have smoking rooms, which you hardly ever find.

I’m basing this on someone else’s recent stay. She said the hotel smelled really bad and the windows were dirty enough that she couldn’t see out. The sheets and bed padding were stained, and the blanket had holes. They need new bedding that fits properly.
