The location is great, but the room was dirty. There was hair throughout the shower, and the floors looked like nobody had cleaned them in a long time.

I checked to see whether the renovations they said were underway two years ago had ever been finished. Back when it was still a Best Western, we had substandard plumbing and dirty carpets, though no bugs. Now it seems to have gotten much worse, and nothing appears to have been fixed. I like to check a hotel before driving 600 miles, so I don't arrive to find a dump. This one looks like it's become one. I'll take it off my list.

The location is good and the customer service was great, but the room was horrible. The towels and sheets had dry blood stains, there were roaches, and I killed several bed bugs. I wouldn't recommend staying here again.

I didn't stay, and they refused to give my money back. The place was nasty, the front desk agent was rude, and they said the $50.00 “incidental” fee had to be paid in cash. Shady people. Don't patronize this dump!

I booked through Booking.com just before arriving, but I didn't have the required $50 cash deposit. I don't carry cash, like a large portion of society. They charged me a $65 cancellation fee anyway, supposedly for holding a room at this dump for 3 minutes.
