The suite had such a cool setup, with a separate seating area, its own television, and a little fireplace built into the wall. It was amazing, and everything felt top-notch. The bathroom was gorgeous, and the lights had dimmers. My stay began with a lovely, very patient receptionist. I'm sorry I have to go to work, because I'd much rather stay here.

We barely slept because of all the noise in the room. The AC unit was extremely loud and kept going throughout the night, while the toilet flush was noisy enough to wake you up. Since we checked in late, we didn't complain at first, but once we tried to sleep it became a real problem. I expected a quieter, more comfortable stay. Fixing or maintaining the AC units and plumbing noise would really improve the guest experience.

After a long drive, it was a relief to be greeted by someone calm and pleasant at the front desk. Jay was kind when we arrived, just as he had been helpful and friendly when we called ahead. The room was clean and fresh, too. Jay really set the tone for a great visit.

The beds were really comfy and the room was great and clean. Staff seemed to talk to each other, though, instead of the guests.

Our weekend activities were all easy to reach from this centrally located hotel. The rooms were spacious, and the front desk staff were excellent and very friendly.
