I slept really well here. It's a quiet area, and everyone I met on staff was helpful and friendly. The building is a bit older, but my room was in excellent shape. There was plenty of shopping, dining, and parking nearby. I stayed for one night in March 2026 and enjoyed it. I'd definitely come back.

Breakfast was my favorite part, especially the Paris Hilton Sparkling Strawberry waffles. They were delicious. Our room was clean and very spacious, and the pool and hot tub were great too.

Whenever I'm in town with my family, this is where I stay. The rooms are always very clean, the staff is great, and breakfast is good. There are lots of food options nearby too.

After our two-night stay, the hotel charged my card $250 for allegedly breaking its no-smoking policy. When I asked the manager about it, he said unnamed cleaning staff had noticed a “harsh smell” after checkout. That was the only explanation they gave, and they wouldn't provide details to support the claim. Neither of us smoked in the room, and nobody raised an issue with us while we were there. The fee appeared three days after we got home, five hours away. We left the room fairly clean, bagged our garbage neatly, and even left a generous tip for housekeeping before checking out. I regret that now. It feels like a scam that's becoming more common at franchised hotels, especially independently owned ones like this. There are horror stories online, and consumer fraud attorneys hear about it too. A person has little recourse, particularly from out of state, when the amount is just small enough to make small claims court a hassle. I'll probably have to eat the charge. If you're visiting a friend in Buck County for a beer and cigar, be aware, and change your clothes before coming back to your room if you stay here. Response to owner's comments: What evidence, exactly? All you told me was that housekeeping reported a smell. If anybody smoked in that room during our two nights, it wasn't us. Your website says there's a dedicated smoking area on the premises. Are guests expected to change clothes before returning to their rooms after smoking there? You may not realize how ridiculous and untrustworthy that sounds, but other people will. You deserve prison time for fraud.
