The staff were incredibly friendly, and the whole place had a welcoming feel. Our room was clean, the pool was really nice, and the rates were reasonable. We'll definitely come back.

The leaking toilet left water on the bathroom floor, which felt unsanitary and unsafe. Rest was hard too: the parking lot was very noisy at night, and loud music from nearby rooms kept us from sleeping. We booked a non-smoking room, but smoke from the adjoining room filled it. My key card kept failing, so I had to make several trips to the front desk. I rarely post negative reviews, but this stay was unacceptable.

By morning, the problems were hard to ignore. There seemed to be mold on the bathroom ceiling and in the AC/heat register, the stained mattress was gross, and the shower drained so slowly that I ended up ankle deep in water during a short shower. We were given just one bath towel for two people. The pool was out of order, something neither the hotel site nor Hotwire mentioned. The side entrance had a key card slot, but the door didn't lock, so it didn't need a card. The room also smelled damp and musty, and the website photo looked nothing like it. We were exhausted when we got back late after checking in, so we didn't ask to move rooms or haul our things elsewhere. I booked through Hotwire and contacted them later. They said they'd called the hotel, but the hotel denied the issues and refused a refund. I really felt the room was a health hazard. Disgusting and very disappointing. I'd spend a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else, or sleep in my car. This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed in.

On a recent trip toward Minneapolis, I found this a convenient stop, just a short drive from the city. The room was affordable and clean, and there was a nice pool plus a breakfast area with plenty of seats. I booked through the TikTok go program.
