Quality Inn Moore

We come to Moore at least once a month and have tried 14 hotels here so far this year. I usually shop for the best price, and this one seemed almost too cheap to be true. The room was clean and spacious, and every staff member was amazing, from the front desk to the sweet lady who cleaned it. There's an indoor pool, washer and dryer, and a pretty good breakfast. This is one of my favorite stays, and we'll book here whenever we come back to Moore, Oklahoma. Highly recommend!

The hotel looked run down, and our room was dirty with broken fixtures. Breakfast was meant to start at 6, but at 6:30 we had to call the office from the lobby phone to wake the attendant. She came out in pajamas with eggs and sausage that seemed to be old food straight from the fridge. There were dead bugs in the dining area's corners, and even the high chair was dirty.

We got moved through three rooms. The shower didn't work in the first, the AC was out in the second and the window looked like it was barely hanging on. The third was dirty, but our 4 year old was over it, so we put up with that. The pool was hilariously tiny and not heated, despite the “heated pool” claim, and there weren't any towels in the pool room. My husband went down for breakfast at 6am and was the only one there for about 20 minutes. Then a woman in pajamas showed up with cold, old, soiled food. Joke after joke. We left early and got a refund because we weren't paying for amenities we weren't getting.

The convenient location made it easy to get to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. For a budget-friendly stay, quality inn gave us comfort and service well beyond what I expected. The staff welcomed me as soon as I arrived and paid attention to everything. My room was spotless, with comfortable bedding, a well-equipped bathroom, and all the amenities I needed to relax. I'd recommend this motel for an affordable, comfortable stay, and I'll be back.
