I don’t usually leave hotel reviews, but the check-in staff here really earned the praise. They were stranded by the blizzard and still stayed cheerful and welcoming. With everything closed, they even found toiletries for me. I was in town at the last minute because my daughter was in the hospital having her baby. The hotel was spotless and the room was really nice. Five stars for such kind, thoughtful service.

The recent renovations have made the hotel even better, and I especially liked having an indoor pool and a pet-friendly stay. Our room was clean and roomy. The front desk team was kind and knew their stuff, and the cleaning staff were friendly and thorough.

We paid more than $500 for several nights, so having the pool, fitness center, and other amenities shut almost two hours early was a huge disappointment. We asked several people at the front desk why, but no one could give us a real explanation. It badly spoiled the family vacation we chose Best Western for. At that price, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a fun trip with family or friends.

Our reservation vanished because of an issue with a third-party booking site, and Brittany and Josh stepped in to sort it out quickly. It wasn't their fault, but they went well out of their way to help. We really appreciated how kind and professional they were. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable too. Thanks so much!

The price feels too high for what you get. The mattress was lumpy, and the metal bed frame made a noise like someone drumming on aluminum ductwork whenever we turned over. The room was smaller than the photos suggested. At least it was clean enough that walking on the laminate in socks didn't leave them dirty. The bathroom ceiling paint was peeling.
