Motel 6 Moreno Valley - Riverside March Air Base

We were left waiting until 3 pm without any consideration or rest after our reservation was first canceled for their own reasons. We made another reservation, but it took much longer. After that, the manager's service was bad too. This happened at the Motel 6 on 480 Roadway in Perrys Moreno Valley.

I asked for a ground-floor room, but the clerk said he couldn't promise one. When we checked in, there were only about four or five cars there. I reminded him about my request, and he said he had none available because other guests were due to arrive. I'm a guest too, and I paid $220 for this. The same clerk woke us in the morning to remind us checkout was at noon, which made my husband mad. He had an attitude and seemed not to care if we kept our reservation. The pool was closed because of a fire, we were told, but the water was green. There were also some shady people around. I won't return. They need nicer staff and better customer service. Stay somewhere else.

I come here pretty often and have never had a problem with anything. The staff are cool, the maids are great, and Abdul, the main guy at the front, has always treated me well.

The hotel was fine apart from the laminate floor. Some of the pieces had gaps between them, so it didn't seem very well put together.
