Regency Inn And Suites

The room was cheap for a Saturday night, and after staying there I understand why. Still, I felt badly overcharged for what I got. The old motel was falling apart, with carpeting that looked like it dated from the 70s and missing pieces of baseboard. The heater and air conditioner wouldn't lower the temperature, only raise it, so it stayed at 80° until we shut it off. The empty pool and spa were among the dirtiest I've seen. There were questionable people hanging around, noisy guests, and a carwash next door. There wasn't even coffee in the morning. When I asked the manager or owner about it, he laughed. Never again.

The furniture was broken and mismatched, the microwave didn't work, and they wouldn't even allow guests in the room. I paid for it, so not being able to have company made no sense. On top of that, they promised to refund my booking, then kept the money and told the booking agency I was a no-show. I never stayed there, but they charged my account anyway. David wasn't honest, and then he blocked my phone number. The customer service was awful, especially for the price and the condition of the room. This place should close or open its doors to homeless people. Beyond disappointing.

I was honestly afraid to shower because even the soap wrapper was dirty, and I expected to feel clean after a shower. The whole place felt so dirty and disturbing that I was uncomfortable being there, like something out of a scary movie with drug dealers or a serial killer hiding around. Save your money and go somewhere else. I've paid less for a better place. I don't know where the people leaving good reviews have stayed, but they must not have seen a decent place.

The beds had hair on them, and the pillowcases were stained with blood. At first glance the place might look clean, but the bedding clearly hadn't been washed properly and the rooms weren't deep cleaned. Disgusting. I'd give zero stars if I could.
