We stayed here for my nephew's wedding on 10/4. The rooms and hotel were clean, and the staff were amazing, friendly, attentive, and helpful. My one gripe was the very loud fire alarm during breakfast. It wouldn't shut off, though thankfully there was no fire. I'd stay here again.

I booked this place for the indoor pool and hot tub, but the tub wasn't hot. Little kids were jumping in and out of the pool, which made it really uncomfortable for adults. For the price, they should at least have some control over the jumping and keep the hot tub warmer than the pool. Embarrassing to pay this much for so little.

I used to stay here without any problems, but I've watched it go downhill for a while. This visit was a total disappointment. The toilet was clogged, there was no hot water, and it looked like the bed sheets hadn't been changed.

The front desk was very helpful with suggestions for shopping and places to eat. The rooms were clean and nicely equipped.

The lobby is always clean when I come here, and the rooms are nice. They do what they can to accommodate you if something comes up. My kids love the pool area, which is very nice, and both the pool and jacuzzi were clean. The continental breakfast is decent, with plenty of options to choose from. My family and I will definitely return.
