Hotels are public accommodations under the ADA, so a no-pets rule doesn't let them refuse a guest with a service animal. The animal should be allowed anywhere members of the public can go, and guests shouldn't be separated, charged extra, or limited to pet-friendly rooms. Staff may ask whether the dog is needed because of a disability and what task it has been trained to do. New Jersey's "Charlie's Law," named for Ben Shore's service dog Charlie, provides local penalties for denying access to service and guide dogs. The fines are $250 for a first offense, $500 for a second, and $1,000 for later offenses. The money supports public awareness and law enforcement education, and the law adds a more immediate route through local police and municipal courts alongside federal ADA protections. They really should get familiar with ADA rules for service animals.

Track & Turf was a decent spot to sleep and smoke for the night, even with the roaches dropping by to hang out. The room wasn't perfect, but it worked. I checked in, put on the TV, rolled one up, and relaxed. Chef Tony was down on his luck, down on the turf, you could say, so the Track & Turf motel seemed like the right place.

I came back after checking out because the place was cheap and I needed one more night, but she said I couldn't stay. There were plenty of rooms open and no cars in the lot. Earlier, when she saw me, she insisted that only she would clean my room, not her husband. After that she stared and rolled her eyes whenever I came outside. The Indian woman who lives there with her husband seems jealous of attractive women, especially if you're pretty and have olive or brown skin. I found her hateful, and my stay felt like a living hell. Stay away.

Friendly staff, and the TV, fridge, microwave, bathroom, and heat/AC all worked well. Bring your own soap and toiletries. I brought a scented candle too. The walls are kind of thin, and the rooms could use more light. Weekly rates are good!!! 😂
