The room was small, never properly cleaned, and the bathroom fan didn't work. There was barely anything at the “breakfast bar,” and upstairs neighbors made noise from after midnight until morning. We asked staff several times to speak to them, but nothing changed. We stayed about two months after checking in in July 2025. At registration they took a $150 security deposit and said it would be returned when we left. Instead, they said it had gone toward our weekly charges, even though we paid the full amount each week. We were never happy here and truly don't recommend this hotel.

The staff were professional and remembered our names after just one night. They even sanitize the key cards, which I haven't seen at other hotels. The room was lovely, smelled fresh, and had fluffy, clean towels. The oven looked as though it had never been used. This is easily the cleanest ESA we've stayed at, on a par with any Marriott we've visited. I highly recommend this location.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at Extended Stay Suites. The staff took great care of us. Special thanks to Melba, Linda, Tosha, and the maintenance man.

Adrianne and Sylvia are wonderful managers, and the staff were great too. My family and I had an amazing stay, with clean rooms and a clean building, and we felt safe there.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and knew me by name after the first night. They even sanitize the key cards. Everything in the room was spotless and fresh, with clean, fluffy towels, and the oven looked unused. I've stayed at other ESA properties and plenty of Marriotts, but this one is top-shelf quality. Honestly immaculate, and I highly recommend it.
