Hampton Inn Philadelphia Mt. Laurel

Milan made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick and easy, and she was warm, welcoming, and professional. Every time I passed through the lobby, she greeted me with a smile. It's clear she cares about guests and takes pride in her work. The room was clean and comfortable, and the rest of the staff were friendly too, but Milan's service stood out most. My stay at the Hampton by Hilton was excellent, and I'll be back and recommend this location.

Laureen, one of the housekeepers, was particularly kind and helpful, quickly bringing fresh towels when I asked. The hotel was very clean and well organized. I had a great stay and will definitely return.

The breakfast was fine, but people from the street seemed to come in to eat because it was so close to the front door. My other complaints went unanswered: Hilton never replied to my survey, and the AI texting feature just said maintenance would take a look. After a week without contact from management, I lowered my rating from two stars to one. The automated replies aren't acceptable. The place felt dingy, with dust or dirt along corners and baseboards. There was only one tissue box, the bathroom fan had no switch, and the toilet ran by itself every 35 minutes or so. The heater was stuck on “Auto” with no way to turn it off. The hallway walls were paper thin, and I could hear everyone. The elevators smelled like marijuana, the left one malfunctioned with its door repeatedly opening and closing, and the bedside charging outlets were loose enough that plugs fell out. Pillows and mattresses were uncomfortable, the bathroom's sliding door stuck on its rail, and there was surface rust on everything somehow. The location doesn't meet Hilton's standards. I recommend the Holiday Inn Express literally across the street. Feel free to contact me about these issues.

Bill and Na Na at the front desk are the reason our family keeps coming back to the Hampton Inn for our annual Thanksgiving in Mt Laurel. They welcome us like family, make us feel noticed as soon as we arrive, and bring warmth and patience to every interaction. They answer questions with care and handle things purposefully. Every staff member we met was friendly, too, which says a lot about the hotel's culture. People who genuinely care make a stay feel special, and Bill and Na Na are gems.
