The room was spotless and the staff were really nice. Breakfast was good too. But the hotel feels overdue for an update. The king bed was very uncomfortable, with a mattress that wasn’t soft, and the furniture had plenty of scratches and wear. The air conditioning was my biggest problem. In room 215, it ran for only about 2-3 minutes at a time, even with the setting at 61, cold, high airflow, no timer, and continuous fan. I never got the room as cool as I wanted. The hallways and lobby had no cool air either. We had the same AC issue when we stayed here last April. I like having control over the temperature, and when I set it very cold, I expect it to stay that way. The place needs a remodel.

The only good thing I can say is that I didn’t see any bugs. Everything else felt run down. The sheets had holes and looked picked at, the toilet was dripping, and two other guests told me their toilets were dripping too. The pool has apparently been broken for a while, and breakfast was very poor. Work booked this room for me, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room was comfortable in winter and the bathroom was clean and nice. Breakfast was ready in the morning for anyone who wanted it, and the location was easy to find. Check-in was quick, professional, and friendly.

For my first stay here, I found it comfortable and was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and set up with what I needed, so I didn’t have to ask for much. Check-in went smoothly and the staff were polite.

After a Super Bowl party nearby, I stayed one night. The room was spacious and clean, the heat worked well, and breakfast was good. I’d stay here again.
