We’ve been living at Hotel M for about four months, and truly love staying here. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, and Seth, the manager, has made it a safer and more pleasant place to live. When something goes wrong, they work 100% to make it right and do everything they can to make the stay comfortable. Our cat loves it here too. They’re really nice about pets and show a lot of compassion in accommodating them. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

We come up on weekends for work, and Seth always makes sure we have a room, even on busy game weekends. My fiancé and I love Hotel M in Morgantown and would recommend it to anyone. Seth is a great manager, helpful and willing to work with everyone who comes in. The staff are sweet, kind, and respectful. Our rooms are always clean and the property is well maintained. It’s quiet and peaceful, so you can get a good night’s sleep without worrying about loud people or noise. Seth and the other staff do what they can to make sure everything is taken care of for a comfortable stay.

The location is very nice, and the management were friendly and helpful, but I wouldn’t stay here if I had another option. The rooms they showed us were a disaster. There was a cigarette smell and cigarettes burned into the comforter, along with stains on the sheets. Duct tape was holding the windows, the floors were very dirty, and the toilets barely flushed. The showers did have good pressure and temperature. If you have to stay, I’d advise buying comforters to put over the beds. There’s a reason this place is so cheap compared with nearby hotels.

After a long drive, I arrived feeling calm and welcomed right away, thanks to Seth at reception. He spoke with such grace and had a lovely smile. His manner was professional and warm, and made me feel like I really mattered, not just like another guest. The kindness and respect he showed were clear in every detail of how he handled things. After only a few stays, I’ve started getting to know the staff, and it feels like the people here care. They’ve been kind, helped me with early check-in, and someone has always been available when I needed help. Early check-in is VERY CONVENIENT for travelers like me. When I had a problem, they took care of it and were happy to help. The owner also valued my feedback about my stay. This feels like a hotel with a heart, not just a business. 💜
