Renee at the front desk was so friendly, genuine, and helpful. She really has that “Minnesota nice” thing down pat. The hotel is very nice, and Morris is lucky to have it, given how small and out of the way the town is. It made my trip to the university really nice.

We’ve stayed here while visiting family in Morris ever since it opened, and it never disappoints. Everyone is helpful, the rooms are ALWAYS clean, the pool is always lovely, and breakfast is great. This hotel is wonderful.

The staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, and I had a really nice stay in July while my son was at camp. What they did afterward showed me how incredible the staff are. I accidentally left a very special necklace from my recently passed father in the bathroom. I didn’t realize until I was at the airport, three hours away. The hotel staff found it and sent it back to me in Colorado. My heart is so full now. I can’t thank them enough. Any other place would have kept it.

We left something behind, and the staff found it and made sure it got back to us. The place is clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly.
10/10
The bed was comfortable, and I got a great night’s sleep during my one night in town for business. GrandStay provided affordable, comfortable lodging, and the staff were all friendly and hospitable. They were especially accommodating, letting me check in early and check out late. A standout customer service experience.
