The airport shuttle was so convenient, on time, and took under five minutes to reach the airport. Todd was an amazing driver. He gave us a boost at 4:00 am and got us ready for our exciting day. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion were a nice touch in case you left yours at home.

Sarah at the front desk really stood out. She was one of the nicest hotel desk agents I’ve met, friendly and helpful, and made check-in and the whole stay feel easy and welcoming. The Holiday Inn Express was clean and well kept, with a comfortable room where everything worked as it should. There’s a basic gym open 24 hours and a new automatic coffee machine. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it for dependable comfort and great service.

The airport shuttle was prompt, and Elon, the driver, was friendly and courteous. The front desk staff were great, too. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast area was appealing, with a friendly attendant present. A pleasant experience all around.

Todd, the shuttle driver, is wonderful. He’s caring and engaging with everyone, dresses professionally every day, and remembers who you are. The rooms are well equipped for short stays, and housekeeping cleans them promptly and efficiently.

Updated 3/26: The good points from my earlier review still hold. This time the pillows were very comfortable and gave plenty of support. All the staff were very nice, including Todd, the van driver. He was pleasant, outgoing, and dressed to the nines, a nice way to end my stay. I recommend this hotel. Earlier: The location is good, and the shuttle starts at 4 am. The rooms were clean, large, and well equipped. The bed was okay, but the pillows needed to be firmer to support my head. Water pressure, Wi-Fi, and TV all worked well, and common areas were clean. I left before breakfast. A good choice for a stay.
