I come here often for work, and the place is always very clean. The staff are kind and helpful, breakfast is good, and the pillows are nice. They also provide great travel-size toiletries. My only real complaint is that the coffee in the lobby isn't the best, though it's still nice to have it available, especially after staying at plenty of hotels without that option. The shuttle drivers are a big help too, so remember to tip. Thanks for the good stays. I'm sure I'll be back plenty more times.

This hotel works really well for both getting work done and feeling at home. Home2Suites by Hilton Raleigh Durham Airport RTP has a useful mix of office and residential features that made my stay comfortable and efficient. The staff made a great impression across the board, including housekeeping and custodial staff. Adrian welcomed me and handled check-in quickly, then gave me a welcome gift and a complimentary upgrade as a Hilton Honors member. Nate, General Manager, was consistently cordial and accommodating. Travis was courteous and helpful, and Front Desk Supervisor Steven, Ciara, and Mr. Curtis were friendly and helpful too.

Adrian turned a disappointing situation into a successful birthday stay for my granddaughter. The indoor pool here was out of service, which was a letdown since she wanted to swim for her sixth birthday. When I told him our plans at check-in, he quickly suggested we use the pool at their sister property, the Aloft, and take a shuttle there instead of driving. At the Aloft, we were welcomed and taken right to the pool, which a staff member opened for us. Both hotels gave us exemplary service. I'm very grateful to Adrian for helping make her birthday a success.
