Alberto does a great job keeping up with the hotel maintenance, and the place is clean and feels safe. Kisha, Tracy, Melissa, and Kiera have all been so caring and helpful. The staff really are phenomenal. I love staying here!

Tracy, the manager, was nice, but the stay itself was awful. I saw a school bus drop off a child who lives there, and within ten minutes he peed on the building right beside the entrance. There were also lots of people smoking marijuana in the back parking lot, and my room smelled like cat urine. I couldn't stay, so I went somewhere else, even though the policy meant I didn't get a refund. This doesn't feel suitable for kids at all. I wouldn't consider staying unless the permanent residents were moved out and the building renovated.

The Wi-Fi is a rip-off. They use Broad Band, and the customer service is no help. Problems never get fixed, and paying for a faster plan still gives you the same speed. The service just sucks.

The price and location really impressed me. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Even paying extra for faster internet makes no difference here. I've never had worse Wi-Fi at an extended-stay hotel, or any hotel or inn. You can complain all you want, but apparently corporate doesn't care.
