Executive Inn & Suites Houston

I rented here for over two months while dealing with family issues and legal matters, and was very happy with the cleanliness and service. The location was good, too. I only left because, after two months, renting an apartment seemed more practical and cheaper. I'd stay here again without hesitation. Thanks to the Executive Inn team for the hospitality.

It was a Saturday night and surprisingly quiet, with no bugs at all. The room got really cold, and the beds and regular-size pillows were comfortable, not flat. There was even a fresh roll of toilet paper. The front desk guy was professional and didn't get annoyed when I had trouble understanding him through his mask and the window. I've stayed at five-star hotels, and this place is in my top ten. Definitely coming back.

For the price, this room is great. It's clean, the AC works, there are no roaches or other bugs, and the carpet feels soft. Check-in was simple. There's another Executive location off Hwy 45. Do not go there. It's cheaper, but you'll fight the roaches for the bed. I couldn't stay the night and let them keep my money.

The manager was accommodating when I arrived at 3 am and needed a slightly later checkout. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and looked newly renovated. Thanks for a really pleasant stay. I'll be back.
