The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with furniture in good shape and a bathroom that was well maintained. Glad to see shower gel dispensers. The coffee machine used coffee bags, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was the usual for this chain, with two hot items, bagels, cereal and the rest. There wasn't anyone at the front desk when I arrived, but they had put up a sign. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

A friend stayed here after I recommended it, and found hair on the bedsheet, mold and dirt in the shower, and a piece missing from the door's draft blocker. Those cleanliness problems are worth keeping in mind. When she asked to change rooms, the front clerk refused, saying they were all booked. She had seen three single rooms available online, so that was hard to believe and frustrating. She ended up buying cleaning supplies to make the room more comfortable.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I tried to book a room for Friday 2/20/26, went through the reservation process and hit reserve. Nothing said Friday was unavailable, but when I checked my email, the dates had changed to Monday night, and the booking couldn't be canceled. I called customer service and got hung up on four times. Eventually a rude woman told me she couldn't cancel it and that I needed another number, then hung up without giving me that number.

The sound outside was so loud it filled the room and kept me from sleeping. It may have been coming from the air conditioning units, but I can't say for sure. I barely slept all night. A hotel stay shouldn't be like that.
